proud-muslim:  Have you ever wondered how it would be if we treated our Qur’an the way we treat our mobile phones. ~ What if we carried it in our bags and browsed it often?~ What if we turned back to get it if we forgot it? ~ What if we flipped through it several times a day? ~ What if we used it to receive Messages from the Text? ~ What if we treated it like we couldn’t live without it? ~ What if we gave it to our dear ones as gifts? ~ What if we considered it as the number one priority while traveling? ~ What if we used it in case of an emergency? It is certainly not justified that The Qur’an, a treasure from Allah, Rabbil aalameen be compared to the usage of a man-made mobile phone. However, the sole purpose of this reminder is to make us realize the considerable amount of time we spend with our gadgets and the negligible amount of time we spend with our Creator’s Gift – The Holy Qur’an. Although most of us prefer reading a personal hard copy, advancement in technology has made it possible for us to stay connected with the Holy Qur’an on our mobile phones. Nevertheless, the ultimate question remains – How dedicated are we in reading, comprehending and acting upon the Qur’an? Ask yourself. “Do they not then earnestly seek to understand the Qur’an, or are their hearts locked up by them ?” {Surat Muĥammad, Verse 24}
